Pro: location is in the heart of China town but it can get noisy at night with siren sounds and other noises.
Cons:
1) The mattress is extremely saggy and soft which gave me a back pain and prevented me from falling asleep. I raised this with the front desk but I was told all the mattresses are the same level of softness/sagginess.
2) very slow and weak water flow in the bathroom tap and shower. I suspect it is some water pump issue. The water temperature is a bit unstable even during my quick 5 minute shower.

My stay at Hyatt 50 Bowery was wonderful. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is great, right in the heart of Chinatown with easy access to Soho and the Lower East Side. I really enjoyed watching the sunrise from the rooftop lounge where free coffee and tea are available in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is new and fresh. The location is also pretty decent. The shower is made in a bit weird way - the water leaks out sometimes. Overall, totally recommend it.

Wonderful hotel.
Came back again.
Main issue is the breakfast. You need to order 'room service' from a budget and enter your credit card details (not charged up to 25$).
Other than that - everything is 10. Staff is amazing and they are very flexible.
Location is awesome.

The hotel is near the subway station and it’s safe to take the subway then walk back to the hotel. It’s near a lot of Chinese restaurants. Good service too.

酒店在曼哈頓下城的唐人街，附近很多中國餐廳。酒店隔壁是滙豐銀行，還有中國工商銀行。距離地鐵口步行約7-10分鐘。餐飲和出行方便。
設施相當于大陸的漢庭速8水準，對酒店設施和早餐有高要求的話不建議住。我2月初入住，房間太冷，空調開了4個小時也只有9℃，有地暖開關，不過沒有反應，浴室和洗手間冷的更甚。淋浴只掛浴簾，沒有擋水條.淋浴后洗面臺前就不能站人了，懂的都懂。入住第二天家人可能是被凍感冒了，只是流鼻涕，還好不嚴重。室內空調的嗡嗡聲音太響了，為了取暖只能忍耐一下。早餐在屋頂酒吧里，麪包、雞蛋、雞肉腸、果汁、咖啡、熱水，酒吧外平臺可眺望曼哈頓遠景。
